Privacy Policy
How muhammadamal.my.id handles cookies, analytics, and advertising data.
Last updated: 19 May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how muhammadamal.my.id (“we”, “the site”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit. By using the site, you consent to the practices described below.
The site is operated from Indonesia and is intended for a global audience. By using the site you acknowledge that your information may be processed in Indonesia, the United States, or any other country where our service providers operate.
1. Information we collect
We do not run user accounts and do not knowingly collect personal data through forms on this site. The following are collected automatically by third-party services that the site embeds:
- Analytics data — page views, referrer, approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, language, screen size, and aggregate usage signals via Google Analytics 4.
- Advertising data — cookies and identifiers used by Google AdSense and its partners to serve ads and measure ad performance.
- Operational data — request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp), edge metrics, and security signals from our hosting and CDN providers (Firebase Hosting, Cloudflare).
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not perform automated decision-making with legal effects on you.
2. Why we process this data (legal bases)
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, or similar laws apply, our legal bases are:
- Legitimate interests — operating the site, basic analytics, security and abuse prevention.
- Consent — advertising cookies and personalized advertising (collected via the consent banner where required).
Where Indonesia’s UU PDP (Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection) applies, our legal bases are consent and the lawful interest of operating the site.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This site and its third-party partners use cookies and similar storage (e.g. localStorage) for:
| Category | Purpose | Provider |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Remember your cookie-consent choice | First-party |
| Analytics | Aggregate usage statistics | Google Analytics 4 |
| Advertising | Serve and personalize ads, measure performance | Google AdSense and partners |
| Security / performance | CDN routing, bot mitigation | Cloudflare |
You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect personalization but will not prevent the site from loading.
4. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense and partners)
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this site.
- Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Google and its partners may use non-personally identifiable information (such as a device’s IP address, user agent, and approximate location) to serve and measure ads.
- Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also serve ads on this site and may set their own cookies.
Opt-out options
- Google Ad Settings: https://www.google.com/settings/ads
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI): https://optout.networkadvertising.org/
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA): https://www.aboutads.info/choices/
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/
- Browser-level controls: most browsers let you block or delete cookies.
Opting out of personalized advertising does not stop ads from appearing — it only prevents them from being personalized to you.
5. Other third-party services
Each service operates under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdSense — https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Analytics — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare — https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
- Firebase Hosting (Google) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
6. International data transfers
Because the providers above are global, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. These providers maintain their own safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Privacy Framework certifications, or equivalent) for cross-border transfers from the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions with transfer rules.
7. Data retention
We do not store visitor data directly. Third-party services hold data per their own retention policies:
- Google Analytics: configured to retain user-level data for a maximum of 14 months by default.
- Google AdSense: data retention per Google’s advertising policies.
- Cloudflare logs: typically retained for a short window (days to weeks) for security purposes.
8. Regional rights
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP)
You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. A consent banner is shown on first visit; your choice is stored locally and can be changed by clearing site data.
Indonesia (UU PDP — Law No. 27/2022)
Indonesian users have rights to be informed about, access, correct, delete, withdraw consent for, and object to processing of personal data, and to file a complaint with the Indonesian data protection authority (Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika).
California, USA (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit use of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as defined under the CCPA.
Brazil (LGPD)
Brazilian users have rights to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, port, delete, and object to data processing, and to file complaints with the ANPD.
China (PIPL)
We do not actively target the Chinese market. If you access the site from mainland China, you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and withdraw consent for personal information, subject to PIPL requirements.
Other jurisdictions
We make a reasonable effort to honour data-subject rights granted by laws such as Canada’s PIPEDA, Singapore’s PDPA, Thailand’s PDPA, South Africa’s POPIA, Australia’s Privacy Act, and similar frameworks. To exercise any right, contact us using Section 11.
9. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided information here, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
